As flagged at this year’s AGM, we are going to hold a Special General Meeting to present the programme of work that we propose for tennis courts 7, 8 and 9.

The SGM will take place on Wednesday 17th November at 19:30 in the Clubhouse. Please put the date in your diary if you want to understand the rationale behind the work required to undertake a series of integrated projects comprising the overarching programme, the cost and funding involved, and to have your say.

The motion to be proposed at the SGM is:

Members to approve the programme of work required to refurbish and upgrade tennis courts 7, 8 and 9.

A briefing paper on the proposal will be issued in advance.
