Signing in
EVERYONE entering the Clubhouse is required to sign in for our own track and trace purposes.
Even if you are just going to the toilet or accessing a pre-booked squash court.
This can be done via the Club QR code or on the sign-in sheet located on the table as soon as you enter the main part of the Clubhouse.
NHS Test and Trace QR code
We are also now legally required to display the official NHS Test and Trace QR code and we would like to encourage you to download the app and scan the NHS code in addition to using the Club QR code/signing in sheet on EVERY visit to the Club.
Download the NHS app here. You will need this downloaded first before you can check in:
https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/nhs-covid-19/id1520427663 or https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nhs.online.nhsonline
The NHS QR code is displayed in several locations around the Clubhouse including on the main front door of the Clubhouse and the tennis court gates. Tennis members do not need to come into the Clubhouse to check in to the NHS system. If tennis members do not need to come into the Clubhouse then the only thing they need to do is check in with the NHS QR code which can be done via the gates or the Clubhouse main front door.
Face coverings
Face coverings MUST be worn by anyone over the age of 11 years when entering and moving around in the Clubhouse.
This includes those entering the clubhouse to use the toilet facilities, on arrival to play squash, when arriving at the bar for a drink and to visit the club office. Face coverings must only be removed when on court, and when eating or drinking once in the bar area. If you are sitting in the Clubhouse during the day then you are required to keep your face covering on.
We know there is a lot of information and ever changing rules to keep up with at the moment but your support and cooperation is much appreciated.
