Court Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations more than 72 hours before booking - full refund.
• Cancellations less than 72 hours before booking - only refunded if the court is re-booked.
• Bookings made in error - immediately refunded if cancelled within 30 mins of booking.
• In exceptional circumstances, the Club Manager has discretion to provide a full or partial refund.
